(there goes the tennis court, basketball court , or even a patio in some cases.)   

(Many who were reaping the benefits of this KS tax law change were complaining that they weren't paying enough believe it or not -- if you read the Wichita Business Journal or the Eagle you've likely seen articles to that effect)You can get a better understanding of it if you find the article the Eagle had a  year or so ago relating to KU basketball coach Bill Self taking full advantage of the tax code change.  

If you'd spend the time watching the basketball playoffs (not that I'd blame you) that's another.  4.)

I played football, baseball, basketball, and track and field in high school and not that I think about it being a perfectionist might derive from what those sports instilled.

This year no basketball goal, next year no vans, next year no boats, watercraft, or motorcycles, no American Flags, vehicles with lettering, etc.

My father played pro basketball I've always wanted to get into real estate and I am happy to be here and to learn from all the great members.

I'll be in Tustin Wednesday and Thursday if you and joe horns are around I got another guy that wanted to meet I can use a few pointers out there basketball court guys!

Since I'm House hacking, that means I pretty much see my tenant on the other side daily... my job and the activities I engage it don't call for me to DRESS in business casual so it kinda forces me to dress more so athletic, (joggers, vans, basketball ball shorts, snapback hats etc) every now and then when I can I'll dress up with some chinos and a polo.

For any ability, from public speaking to basketball to real estate investing, the population lies on a bell curve of talent.  

But if you really want to give a tangible gift in the meantime, I love getting basketball box seat tickets, gift cards to fine dining restaurants/steakhouses, or wine/hard alcohol.
