Let me comment that any list you can just buy with your CC means folks with CC's in China, Australia, California, Canada can also buy those lists and mail your area.

I think you might want to determine cause of this moisture penetration before devising a cure.if its high water table it should exhibit similar issues on all sides of your basement.Is the problem localized to one wall?
