@Lucas Carl, Getting a vacation rental with 25% down and having a property manager is sustainable and allows you to compare apples to apples across different areas around the nation. 

I moved out all the bad apples and fixed the place up nice.

Cold calling is a heavy lift  and a time suck. 

As you stated, they’ll have to the lift so trying to make it easier for them. 

A contractor should be able to put together a box in about 15 minutes each...I would say a days worth of labor ($400) needs to be factored into the cost for a RTA kitchen if you really want to compare apples-to-apples to a pre-assembled cabinet.

I’ll see if I can get a contractor to try that to see if some will lift.
