I’m too old fashioned when I believe relationships are built with face to face interactions – Zoom calls are just as effective.

Interacting with tenants took a lot of my emotion energy and I was not the worlds best screener.As far as repairs go, you’ll  have those whether you self manage or whether you are use a PM so that’s beside the point.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books for this or you can learn by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

The biggest obstacle to overcome by far, is not so much that you need to find clients (although believe me, that's also difficult and is a constant effort until you're able to rely on referrals from past clients), but the customers you interact with need to trust you with their largest asset as a seller, and for one of the largest purchases they will make in their lives as a buyer.

Interact with their material, ask for guidance, and establish connections with other investors in the markets you want to pursue.Attend Webinars on Real Estate Investing: Seek for webinars or online gatherings led by seasoned real estate agents in Upstate New York and Ohio.

However, I remain open to reconsidering this decision should future interactions by others with this group prove to be positive and successful.
