To me it doesn't seem as if we should be heading to a crash yet and here is why:1.

Welcome @Jason DixonMy son enlisted in the Navy in 9-16 and will be heading to Pearl Harbor on 4-25 as a Submariner.  

Upon ETS I'll be heading straight into employment, will be a 6-5 job 5 days a week, weekends off (when I plan to do my real estate work).When I've received my first paycheck from this company I'll be able to begin applying for pre-approval on a VA home loan (according to the lender I've been in contact with I must have my first paycheck before I can begin this process, and cannot line up a property to move straight into out of the military, even with a letter of intent to hire from my future employer).

Tenant had a lawyer, there was all kinds of testimony (tenant had moved in and cleaned up a trashed foreclosure in lieu of a deposit) and the lawyer seemed to be heading towards an argument that as the tenant thought she was in a buyers agreement the eviction period should be 30 days like a mortgage.

I will be headed back down in about 2 weeks and will post to this thread and will also put a note on Meetup.com per your suggestion.  

There are a bunch in Portsmouth, but the quality was too low and the city doesn't seem to be heading in a positive direction so I have stayed away.

Going to be heading out there in about a month.

I will be heading over to the property next week to check it out and maybe make an offer after I think it will match what I am looking for.
