Hello all, My name is Jason Dixon and I'm currently reading every book and listening to every piece of information to arm me in my future endeavor of REI. My plan is to retire from the service in 2019 and build our home in eastern NC. Once we are settled, I will begin our journey to build a real estate portfolio big enough to replace my W2 job. I'm aiming for at least 100k in cash flow annually in ten years after we begin. I'm debt adverse because I've followed Dave Ramsey for a while but now understand the power of good leverage and don't shy away from "good debt". Thanks for welcoming me to the forum.
