-What is STAR in terms of taxes and how should I integrate that into my deal analysis?

A couple of months ago, Zillow's accuracy rating in Seattle was two stars:  http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/#acc

This will attract the under 30 traveller crowd, which is really the best market for airBNB anyways, given that the over 30, and especially over 40 crowd tend to be overly critical of homesharing with overall poor 3-4 star reviews (instead of the consistent 5's required to stay relevant on a platform) and in general high maintenance with regards to questions, needs, etc.I've found when rooming with strangers, they really enjoy meeting others, and more importantly in general 'behave' better as they are in the company of strangers (vs. them being there with just their friends in a SFH/entire condo rental).

Here's what I DON'T need:any book with Beginner in the titleany book written by a guru as a commercial to sell some other product like a boot camp or mentoringany book written by a pretenderany book that is pure motivation without any substanceany Idiots or Dummies guideany book written about real estate outside of the USAany book that is 28 pages or less that will answer all my questionsany book written by the winner on the Voice, American Idol, Survivor, Great Race or Apprenticeany book written by a child star or a soap opera actorany book based on unproven theoryany book written by somebody who never bought any real estate

All the agents that I have used do both selling and leasing and I don't think anyone had co-star.

Let's say you find that super star $15/hr employee.  

And the other guy from SD, basically gives 1 star reviews EVERYWHERE he goes!  

Says when the filming crew is filming THAT house it slows down alot,,,they are building and filming several locations at once so tv stars are bouncing all over back and forth locations.
