Just 5 minutes ago, I posed some questions in the most recent Roofstock thread as follows:  Will I be able to get info on the tenants like, their pay history, issues the tenants had with the property etc, because knowing these things will shed a whole lot of light on WHY THE CURRENT OWNER WANTS OUT.   

Trying see to see if someone local could shed some light.

Could you shed some light on some good affordable areas?

I’m sure someone here can shed some light on smart metering in Cincinnati. 

If you need to have a place to hold things like a few signs or misc things then look at getting a small shed on the edge of one of your properties that you can keep locked and have your stuff in it.

Could you shed some light on which areas you invested and how were the properties managed?
