I have some obstacles to overcome but I figure I'll take one step at time and I'll reach my goals. 

I'm struggling with Information Overload (among other problems/struggles that I'm having to overcome)

Challenges investing out of state can easily be overcome by setting up expert teams to care for all aspects of your investment. 

I would like to get started, however there are some factors that prevent me from doing so.How does one overcome fears they may have with financing or the rehabbing of a project before you even start?

I would be glad to find a mentor in MHP industry to help me to overcome the fears of starting out.

However, this issue is shortly overcome by events.As we noted earlier, the electricity wasn’t on to the property, but that had been fixed.

You can't overcome those problems, especially as someone with no experience. 

Like most new investors starting out, I have a few good things going for me (steady income, great credit, education resources, support from family), and a few barriers to overcome (no cash, no assets, limited network).
