IE condenser  all your copper etc.. .. with vacant houses if your getting squatters this is a common occurrence.. they rip anything out they can to pawn or take to metal recycler or sell your stolen condenser on craigs list.. ..

Being lied to is nothing new but here's the story:Last Friday, they we complaining that their stove wasn't working (eventually we found out their complaint was that one of the 4 coils/burners got "too" hot, even on low temp).

I'm wondering if I should cash out at the top of the market while I can and invest that money elsewhere, or keep it as a rental as originally planned.Here are specifics:1995 doublewide, 1680 sq ft, good floor plan and in good condition with upgrades/additions (metal roof, brand new heat pump system, large covered front porch, just took care of all arborist work needed).
