Seems to be mostly tourists looking for a T Shirt and outside of the occasional concert(We will actually be going to see Vanilla Ice there in July lol) there is just not much going on. 

Our children know nothing else but being able to walk just a few feet from our door to buy dim sum, a burrito or an ice cream.

But mortgage pay down and appreciation is the icing on the cake.

Most ski-in-ski-out places in the NE get frowned upon by Mid-West skier because they think we are all ice.

I see appreciation as icing on the cake, however, I don't really count on it.

Their return is primarily via the sophisticated value add, rent growth is the icing other cake. 

Good work and as long as you didn't get totally creamed on this, move on to the next and make a killing with your new knowledge.

If you need a refrigerator, make sure it has water/ice in the door.

This is kind of like asking "Should I eat a chocolate or vanilla ice cream cone, or a piece of pie, or should I skip dessert altogether?" 

I am renting out some open space for stockpiling shingles and roof wrap, ice and snow guard, drip edge, coil nails, and plastic caps.
