The last few students killed in newark were on madison/studio green area. both is where college kids and section 8/drug dealers blend together.

You can expect issues with drugs, violence, and high turnover.

Regionally, its terrible for the locals to try and replicate unless they already made it big before the boom from the 90s... or they are some sort of local drug lord.

thanks for all replies . trust me im not looking for an easy way out, just a starting point. to take ur analogy for dieting, its important to see what diets work for others and then try them for yourself otherwise you could go through alot of dead end diets wasting your time and money

But at least you might get the heads up if you have a noise or drug problem.
