Not like there's much to the bidding if you are setting the price, you just need someone you can trust with that kind of coin.

On the flip side of the coin, I don't want to own a property that looks like a pig stye and smells like a brewery.

Long term, keep it for as long as it makes coin and when the Government funding dries up, sell it owner financing or bulldoze it, LOL!

Here's some things that stick out to me.Make sure you insist on inspecting each unit, don't take their word for the fact that they've all been updated.You don't say it, but I'd guess the laundry income is from coin-ops?

You can make some serious coin investing in that stuff but know that you need to be ready for battle.

I have heard all the reasons why not to go this approach just wanted to hear the other side of the coin.
