Cleveland Area Laundry Room Suppliers / Servicers

HI all,

I have medium sized property (~40 units) that is undergoing significant renovations. There are a couple of working machines in place but there is no current laundry room contract so I am canvasing for options. I have not contacted any yet but these are the suppliers I am aware of are:

http://www.coinmach.com - Probably the biggest and most well known; National coverage

http://www.aalaundries.com - Not sure they service Ohio; map on web site suggest they do.

http://www.greatlakeslaundry.com - Based just outside Dayton.

http://www.ccoin.com - Based out of Cincinnati

http://www.jetzservice.com - Based just outside Columbus and yes I did see the thread about them from a few months ago.

Buying and maintaining my own machines is an option but I am reluctant to go in that direction as there is enough on my plate. Having said that, It is an amenity that tenants expect in a property of this size.

Any comments on general contract terms, dependability, service response time, etc would also be appreciated. Also, if anyone has done a recent installation, do they put in just coin machines as base equipment or have they moved up to a 'card' option (Value or CC/Debit).
