Jimmy,If it were my project, I would map all the big banks in the are (BofA, Chase, Citi, etc) and see who has a presence, but doesn't have a branch nearby.

We later found out that our "coaches" (and all the other coaches, too) were merely just students who had purchased just one property, and under the oversight and presence of the guru, so they'd never even done a deal by themselves.
