Wow, thanks for the quick replies everyone :) So, what is the downside of upgrading the service and running new wiring but leaving the knob and tube wiring in place in the walls instead of fishing it all out?

Short term goals:- more podcasts, more reading BP, more learning- settle on buy side/sell side domain names, set up forms to collect info- find and attend local REI / BP meetings- identify resources: title agent, partner realtor- decide on marketing strategies and implementIf I am not fishing for opportunities full bore in two weeks, I'll be disappointed.
