One of the goals I have set for my business is to invest in making my properties “green,” such as solar panels, etc. 

The inspection found the AC unit works but will need to be replaced, and the electric panel works but is unsafe.

My 2 cents...Up here any panel in a closet is a Code violation & must be moved.Our insurance carrier will cancel I we have fuses so we would need to update that sub-panel & the Al circuitry by default when its moved.

Most of the basement is brick, there is some wood paneling that would need to be torn down.

Each home will be powered by rooftop solar panels.

For multifamily, the costs will be even higher due to multiple high-ticket items... kitchens, baths, HVAC systems, water heaters, electrical panels, etc.

The skill set to actually do the work, sand and paint an old door well, is also not inconsiderate, especially if you're dealing with older doors with a mortise lockset and multiple panels.
