Yes I'm fishing for the broad scope so I can mix it all up and revise my own routine.

I am a fish out of water, but after knowing this was what I wanted to do since 2003 I've finally taken the walk of faith.

My gut is telling me there is a 50% chance there is no 'buyer' and this agent is fishing for a listing.Just tell them you would be happy to consider a written offer and be silent. 

We fly fish in Cimarron Canyon several times per year and are able to stay in one of those condos for practically nothing.

Devan Mcclish is a big fish here in Nashville and had his own podcast in BP I’ve heard him speak at local reia meetings.

From what I can tell, most of these scammers are either fishing for good email addresses (once you reply to them, they've got your real email address) or they're part of the fake cashier check scam (where you get a cashiers check for more than the deposit, refund the difference, then discover that the original check was bad).

Still screen hard, but this way you just have a bigger pond in which to fish. 

I'm fishing in the areas of SFR 2/1s or 2/2s in the 30k-50k range.
