Yeesh.I'm telling you, you can't give an inch to these types of tenants.  

He would wack the grass down to a inch long twice a week.

We have pictures of the blinds at move in that show some were below the window spec and left an inch or two gap on each side of the window not to mention being short 6" - 12" depending on the window.

She's completely house-trained, doesn't bark - and she's thrown up on almost every inch of this little studio apartment over the last 3 days LOL.  

Get the house cleaned , throw down some new mulch , get the grass out of the cracks . 

If you give them an inch, they'll never stop whining.

You give a tenant an inch, they take a mile, I don't care what economic class their in.Plain and simple, this is what you are providing, no more no less.
