And any applicant that refuses to submit to a background check is just a massive screaming red flag, FYI.

If I was a customer I would be very pissed too.....but I don't think I would be screaming criminal fraud....Hope it works out for all of you..

Those are the places to be where FOMO sets in if you don't go, and at the end of the day they don't cost an arm and a leg to visit for a few weeks per year and aren't dependent on foreign visitors.

Snowbirds (seasonal visitors) are choosing to stay away while we make national headlines for our outbreak. 

And the market does seem to be cooling a little so I don't think this tells much more than that the list price is not a screaming deal.

I read the comments section of the article and it amounted to half of the people screaming about scams and the other half shilling for the companies named in the article.Is it too good to be true?
