Our plan is to live in our Rv while we demo and rehab.

I haven't had to pay demo or tile installers or painters or small electrical jobs up front in years.  

Clearly the intent of the ad or this thread is not recycle value, but have any of you ever bought/sold materials from a demo?

In this township you can't pull any permits unless has and electric are on.Had to talk to village inspectors get the okay to start demo/ roughs without Permit. no dumpster allowed on site yet but we can proceed with demoing and getting rough a ready. 

I looked it up and bought a 2lb bottle on eBay for $24.Here are some demo videos.

Stripped it, restudded with 2x4  and insulated with R-13#3 is my prefererred method as it is the cleanest after demo, insulates the space and allows room for other trades to work cleanly. 

If it's drywall or plaster, you might think about demoing the part of the ceiling where the water leak was, just so you can be sure that it's all dried out and no funky things are growing in there.If they do contain asbestos, life is harder. 

That works for previous clients that have done or a corporate client or government client.Michael Moikeha Pay schedule on a contract could be vague, and there could be a potential slip of overpayment, say on your 150, contractor might frontload it to be 40k demo and leave no money for finishes.

I did a MASHVISOR demo the other day and of course it all looks very impressive but I have not tried using it in the real world, so I am glad to get these insights from all of you.
