Have experienced and trustworthy people you can count on.  

My question is do we pay the loan back early to show our trustworthiness because we would like to utilize this option in the future or do we make the payments on the timeline until the end of the term so he can make his interest?

I'd assume after doing so many deals, you'd know who's trustworthy and who's not.

From what I see and hear so far, they seem to be a good and trustworthy company.

That's something I would never do for my own rental properties unless I had a trustworthy property manager.

Find an experienced Team that is trustworthy and return your calls.  

I would greatly appreciate any recommendations of honest, reliable and trustworthy general contractors to help get this job done well.

The key to our success thus far has been a great rehab contractor who is low-cost and trustworthy, a solid property management company, and an awesome realtor who can help us identify deals and get us good comps.  

Whichever market you settle on, know that more important than picking the right market is working with a trustworthy and reliable team.
