The problem with renting in LA- the rent controlled are now fewer and farther between and when they do exist in the valley they are small and sometimes with only 1 parking spot. 2 bedrooms in the valley are now over $2100 a month for a tiny bedroom, is making it harder to justify renting over buying with $100k down and a under $500k townhome.
