My kids are little and I dont miss a school event or a dinner at home which is frankly the biggest freedom Im enjoying.I tried changing spark plugs on boat and ended up breaking a fuel pump so maybe your husband is a little more handy than me so he can find other avenues of accomplishment lol.

@Don Spafford Those properties do go to auction but you have to find tax delinquent properties before they go to auction and spark up a deal with the owner.
