Tax delinquent properties

How do I find tax delinquent property? I have tried agentpro247 and listsource and only received a call from tire kickers. Is there any unique way to find these type of properties? Do realtors have list for these properties?

Some counties are easy some are hard.

Goto the courthouse or place where to pay prop taxes in person. You will be told that list does not exist, eventually they will give it to you.
