They should be able to provide you with meaningful support for the plan you have with them.  

How do you assign meaningful geographical boundaries to specific areas that are homogenous in terms of value for a given home with a given set of features?

I would love some true statistics on how often a meaningful modification is the result of all the homeowners' phone calls and begging to the banks and Project Hope.
