They offer comfy seats, food and drink while you watch.So this is a long way of saying look for investments related to new entertainment trends and I think you will find great investments.

And not to mention, build an extensive portfolio and have valuable assets.I know this post has become a scatter brain rant at this point, I was drinking my coffee as I typed this and just said what was on my mind.I am looking for guidance, and there is a ton on this website but now I am trying to narrow it down to a small niche of what I am trying to achieve. 

Jumping through all the hoops for financing and due diligence PLUS raising capital is like trying hold your drink without spilling while dancing with the Tasmanian Devil.

Whereas in the rest of the house you're more likely to spill food or drink and hardwoods and tile are much easier to clean.Ultimately, you can't go wrong either way and it's not going to make that much of a difference.

It's much easier to get honest answers that way because you can see how comfortable they feel in answering questions like, "Do you smoke/drink/do drugs/have pets?"
