I've seen criteria that include (1) size, (2) presence of a closet, (3) presence of a window and (4) proximity to bathroom.

I'll avoid the temptation to give my whole story but the potentially relevant reference point is: I aiming to buy out of state, but in my hometown (only 5 hours from me) where I have several family members to help out with various tasks requiring physical presence in addition to being there already several times a year to visit.

I haven't come across this roofing design before, but to clarify it appears the flat roof deck is composed of 1.5" Cemesto (covered with 5-ply tar and gravel).

This demand will be incorporated into the loan documents but you may have to request its presence.  

Maybe if you open up a bank account with them, you can use it in the US because HSBC has a presence in the US.

On top of that check with Realtors who work for companies that have a big property management presence in your area.

I'm thinking of focusing on building a presence on facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter.
