The last couple months I've just been reading real estate books, listening to podcasts, and just educating myself in my spare time.

As a physician all the ones I work with simply do not have a lot of spare time in their lives so they need something that GOES.

The "issue" I'm having as of late is that I've automated a decent amount of the work processes here, which leaves me with a lot, and I mean a lot, of spare time on a weekly basis.

Put the roof on in my spare time and sold it for $75,000.

I am also a numbers man, I analyze all the manhour data for each aircraft type and and figure out the most efficient way to run the project, and in my spare time I do Taxes during the season.

Plus with my Project Management company and being a Realtor I don't have too much spare time.

FYI the property has a 2BD/1BA (with a spare room that could be an awkward 3rd bedroom) down and a 1BD/1BA up laundry in downstairs only, both kitchens are functional but could use a slight upgrade and carpet needs replaced/wood floors need touched up.
