The phone system requires someone to crank a dial to generate enough current to ring a bell at a central phone office.There is no sewer or wastewater charge in the monthly utility bill because there is an outhouse in the back yard with its own decomposition pit underneath.

Word is soon no more ring clamp meters, instead will be CT (just like 3 phase) Many panels I do now are dual meter, 2nd meter is billed at lowe rate dedicated to EV charger.

Broken blinds, broken door hinges, broken door locks, paint applied to walls that didn't match, broken faucets in the shower, broken tiles in the shower stall where the tenant said they 'slipped', paint rings on the patio floor, a garden in a HOA that had been allowed to get overgrown - on and on.

Assuming all is well, reset the toilets with new wax rings...sometimes you need 2 rings if the floor is higher than the flange.
