(Not really sure of the authenticity of that, but I know once all the debt is gone it will make my score jump.) as far as the length of the credit history, I don't think there is anything I can do but wait. 

It's more labor intensive than anything else.I bought a house that REEKED of dog urine in every room , and also had  trash bags from floor to ceiling and hundresd of fly traps totally covered  with flies. 

Unfortunately, a lot of the GCs where am are really just quote machines with a nice white truck and good communication skills and can't problem solve their way out of paper bag.

Hello BP Family,Would you all recommend establishing a LLC before wholesaling or is this something that can be later on once you actually have a few deals in the bag.  

They have such a slime bag way of selling that it detracts whether or not the program could be useful.
