Because of having my brain anuerism and stroke at age 54 just two days before I was scheduled for corrective surgery and otherwise being in pretty good shape, I was lucky that I was married to a woman that had been saving money for over 25 years and chose to keep me alive.  

Obviously if you are trying to flip it-people are going to stop by, and if someone is living in the house they could get in the way or possibly try to cut you the middelman/woman out.....
