I have been talking with some folks who view the use of an installment sales agreement (contract for deed) sort of like a lost art.

And such planning is an art, not a science.

Like I said I’m new to the flipping but obviously not Jupiter and the art of construction.

Really nice, both decorated in a Western theme complete with spurs, lariats, one-of-a-kind western art (you can find unframed art and make frames yourself), antique furniture. etc. 

I know there are some arts district areas in Cleveland that still seem reasonably priced like Waterloo Arts District , do you know much about those areas?
