Hudson Amtrak station is the 3rd busiest train station in the Northeast, I believe, so there’s obviously no shortage of tourists to the area.

Except there is a shortage of housing so we are not seeing this happen.The government may do some crazy things since the economy is in a different position now I don't fully disagree. 

Now if you rent by the room it could work in that first year if you have a housing shortage.  

Im not sure if its still the case, but not that long ago we were in a window shortage.

I've recently gotten the urge to invest outside of the sunbelt due to crazy prices, institutional investors and pending water shortages.

It only leads to disputes when there's shortages, overruns, bad materials, and the like.

(correct me with you got a 6.1% rate last week with no closing cost and a free cup of coffee) .This is causing a major housing shortage.

@Payman, in my view there is definitely a shortage of commercial/flex space in Missoula.

As mentioned above rates are at an all time low and the housing shortage is driving prices up-  I wouldn’t wait to long as I see that as continuing with all the new tech jobs coming to Reno.
