That disclosure may provide a position to defend a call of the note in the future.The risk is lower if the borrower is directly involved and higher if this is from the borrower to you and you to a new buyer.

Even "tax attorneys" are typically attorneys that defend you against IRS audits and lawsuits, not typically people you want to go to for specific tax advice.As @Logan Allec said, you want an attorney for forming business entities like LLCs for asset protection, or for drafting any contracts or agreements necessary for your flip business (partnership agreements, etc).

I've seen topics posted with a title of "Umbrella Policy or LLC" on various forums.It should never be a question of one OR the other.Remember, insurance is like the Archers & Knights that defend your castle.You still need your Castle Walls and Moat for a well rounded protection strategy for what is inside those walls.

In 99.5% of the time the TLC will be paid off at some point as the lender wants to defend their position.If you really are buying a TLC in the home of getting the title make sure you know the rules.

The auction ends in 4 hours.A 2 bedroom condo in a very exclusive building has a final judgement order of $178,000Property market value is around $463,000.Court records show the plaintiff is the first mortgage.HOWEVER the online auction portal also lists the following defendants-DEFENDANTSuntrust Bank (na),DEFENDANTJohn DoeDEFENDANTOne Miami Master Assn Inc,DEFENDANTOne Miami West Condo Assn Inc, Now Suntrust Bank at no point has a mortgage on the property in the county records.Similarly the condo associations listed don't have any liens or any mention at all in court records.
