Im pre-registered for the lien sale here in DC. Theres approx 3600 properties available to bid on. I have the enhanced list with assessed values and etc on it. Yet, I dont really know good strategies on which to bid. Dont worry about me as too much competition. Im only qualified to bid up to a very small amount. I didnt go to their seminar. But is anybody else on here going, so maybe we can discuss strategy a lil. If you need to see the enhanced list, I wouldnt mind letting you check it out either.

Anybody else been to a DC sale before to let me know what to expect.

Ive done a lot of research, read a book on lien investing, involved in a class. What I want to know is should I check on pre-existing liens first, or what? And somebody also said that in DC, the tax lien holder doesnt have priority to other liens? IM not sure Ill call up there again today and see what I can find out.

Thanks
