but if your just going to compare everything to cash flow real estate then of course its best to stack those up use cash flow to fund your life style.. but there is many many other ways to make big money in RE that does not include rental income.. its whatever floats your boat...

With a multifamily property, that denominator seems like it can sort of float and I cant seem to figure out when to stop adding capital expenditures to the denominator of the equation.
