I have seen too many showers that look terrible because of the choice of tile colour and pattern.

If I offered you a tape to buy and found you where in the daisy chain business without backing up the commitments, I'd say that was your last deal.Allowing you to cherry pick is probably thanks for your business.At the very least, I'd run your scheme past them before opening it up and set aside a smaller tape/bulk purchase, but if you're waiting on locals to buy without you putting up the funds, I'd say you'll have pie on your face.

I am always looking to hear of what schemes and compensation strategies are being used by some on here especially if they have a significant amount of remodeling projects to deal with in any particular year.

After a few months the people realized we were serious and started calling and further realized we really meant cash and not some "scheme" as they put it.

Because title companies in the grand scheme of things see the big picture.

The grand schemes I came up with were quite comical looking back, but at the time and in the middle of it all, they made perfect sense.

Real estate is a real business and as much as a lot of "gurus" say you can make thousands of dollars in just a few days with zero money while sitting on your couch that's really a brilliant marketing scheme that gets you to buy their $10,000 boot camp that will show all the secrets.

I'm also forever indebted to all of those that have answered the questions that I have had and questions others have already inquired about that were on my mind.In a world sometimes filled with schemes, greed, bad contractors, and "gurus", the biggerpockets community shows in my mind that individual RE investors from all walks of life have truly found a place where they can congregate, learn, teach, and grow from one another as one collective body of people- all for FREE!
