I am getting ready to put one tenant on RentRedi and try this out, but honestly, I like the way you can communicate with tenants easier regarding maintenance requests on Apartments.com vs RentRedi, it seems cleaner on Apartments.

The issue finding reliable cleaners to do the turn the same day or the next.

Cleaners live in house and get free rent for trade cleaning common areas and toilets.

I have been working with a wonderful cleaner who just increased their prices quite a lot for my STR, citing that other cleaners charge this amount normally.

I’ve read the forums comparing some, but through free options like AirBnBs scheduled messaging, sharing calendar with our cleaner, etc, why would I pay for an additional service?

Cleaners may be several days before the pickup schedule and it looks bad to put the trashcan on the roadside for several days.

Our cleaners will manage this if not followed. 

You may have to have a cleaner go in there once every three months or so and the lawn will be on you.

Hey Ben, any recommendation for cleaners/what you use to find one?

I am looking at STR property management softwares that include the following features:-Inventory management, cleaner management, calendar syncing, pricing tools.I know of people that use Guesty and seem to love it, but was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions that I should check out.
