The first quote I got from one of the big name area franchises to repair the units is: Unit 1: (1900 sq/ft) - Dual Capacitor is weak and Condensor Fan Motor leaking oil.

They got the info from the county website on the note, and they set up a fake company with a name that was similar to the owners of the note.Their documentation was weak and signatures were like what you see on Nigerian scam letters.
