Really good for lenders and partners.In case you don't know how to, pressing the @ button and then (without a space) begin typing a person's name that has commented on the thread will allow you to @mention the person so it alerts them you've responded to something they've said

Make some money from the job, learn a real estate skill - such seems to be a decent idea.However, simultaneously, my family found out they were moving out of state for work, and given the timing, I saw an opportunity to cut my rent related expenses to 0, move in with them, and focus entirely on real estate investing.I'm fortunate in that I have no pressing debt, and minimal expenses.

It has been well updated so I like it a lot and understand the expense involved in such a renovation but it certainly can't command $120k out of it.My new, seemingly more pressing issue/question is: How do I structure multiple investors on what will most likely be a conventional financing deal?
