Hey @Deron Barnes, I'd agree with @Melissa Nevich on this one..Queen city is rough, 8th street is too.. 

We'd like to get closer to my work in Perth Amboy but need to be within reach of NYC so we're targeting the cities with NJ transit stations in eastern Union/Essex Counties (Rahway, Linden, Union, Elizabeth, Irvington, Oranges etc.)After saving and researching over the last couple of years we are finally ready to start putting our team together.

Look for BREW on Facebook, hosted by some good friends @Todd Nurnberger and his lovely wife Elizabeth and the kids.

There have been many discussions of this regarding queens, the Bronx, and Brooklyn, but haven't seen one about Manhattan.

Just queen sized beds, a bathroom, microwave and mini fridge.  

Over the bridge, I especially like, Queens Anne’s.Talbot,Caroline and Dorchester counties.

Like Curt Davis and Elizabeth Wilson said, it all depends on the investor and their preference.
