I understand I could learn it on my own, but as I listen to more of these podcasts, testimonials, etc on this site the coaching theme comes up 95% of the time.

I like how you named each place with a theme, and showed some as not available.Reading it made me want to rent one of them!

The common theme, both sites took the money.

I found this book to be refreshing in an industry where everyone has an opinion, but I also found myself thinking there is a little too much correlative data and the themes were a little all over the place.  

If you made some of them themed rooms, then it would be one more unique draws to the AirBnB part. 

I'm considering purchasing a property that could be used for events and corporate or lifestyle retreats (yoga, relationship coaching, team building, executive getaways, maybe weddings) so it may be a little off the beaten bath but could also be used as a nightly rental or a monthly rental.

You can buy flexible, beautiful themes for almost nothing.  

Also, I would caution you about being too wed to $/sq ft as a metric.

Some may be converted to other purposes like holding areas for Amazon Packages waiting for an order then delivered within an hour.The major theme here is that the future probably will change from living where you work to living in a place that suits your lifestyle.

She showed up on the Bill Maher show, that's where she did another stupid thing and said stupid things.I can see if someone says the love her, just marry her (probably be disappointed on the wedding night...her views and all) but there is no way to see her in any serious leadership position of this country, at least not very soon, give her fifty years to gain some insight, wisdom, tact, a better education and maturity, shake well and bring her back in 2060, hopefully I'll be dead and gone by then.......
