The more individuals on the lease (i.e. 1 - 2 vs 4 -5), the greater the odds of the household's social cohesion coming undone.  

You could also try narrowing down even further into financial parameters with household income targeting.You also have to look at what your ad itself says.

Not sure what the process is in Florida, I wasn't doing the suits myself anymore when my office got that state back in the day, but with the head of household law down there, you're probably just as good sending it to a collection agency and getting it on his credit.I'll defer to someone who knows the local laws down there, though.
