The tenant is seen as drama by the judge but you the landlord seem respectful and in control.

There is no need to be so harsh on those working hard to make decent money on volume of whole sales outside CA.    

I love the low drama rentals - they end up costing less in the long run. 

The option payment on paper will state it is non-refundable but I verbally agreed to pay him back his option payment if he could not pay off the balance and purchase the home this month (because I don't want any drama and he needed time to fix his credit).

I tried to keep it as straightforward as possible without listing specific grievances or drama as much as possible that the tenants have expressed to me.

Does that sound harsh?  

The corporate world can be very cold and harsh.

@Robert C.March was a harsh kick, April was all about enduring the depth of the blow & dealing with the injury & pain.

Trans and Experian’s older versions are mainly used as well mostly because they all take into consideration collections more harshly than newer versions.
