Don’t pay for it this isn’t rocket science it’s real estate it’s one of the easiest thing in the world..

I think it would be fascinating hearing his side and the reasons he thinks certain things are legal/not legal.But yea this is one of the massive issues in real estate - people who should know rules/law don't and those who think they do get the rest of us in trouble by doing sketchy things.Appreciate the back and forth - You're in my area so I'm sure we'll run into each other at one point or another.
