It sure does make one look a little silly or worse like they have been celebrating too much..

I'm so glad I found the BP community and can't wait to share my successes with you guys, and celebrate others successes as well.

The properties we purchase will strive to be within 2 miles of shopping, schools, parks, or other cultural amenities.

There is so much to learn and I'll try to get soaked on this real estate culture in a steady pace in the shortest possible time. 

My last deal was in Westchester representing a celebrity who could no longer afford the Santa Monica area.  

I get that my blog isn't a celebrity gossip site and probably wont hit crazy numbers, but I write in a fairly entertaining manner and make it easy to read for the regular person, so I'm hoping it will get some exposure. 

Hi @Han Chang,VA sometimes has a cultural benefit that FHA doesn't have in that some people prefer to sell to veterans over others.

I did a podcast episode recently with a Carrot client in San Diego that did a couple big wholesale deals... was celebrating big time... then hit a brick wall when it came to getting more deals done.

I've known a lot of people that have moved to Utah and sometimes the culture can be a lot to handle.
