Hello BP community!!! My name is Scott. I am thrilled to get started in RE Investing. I have not made a deal, yet, but I can't wait. I can't wait to see where this adventure takes my family and I. I am married to my best friend, Amanda, and we have one son, Braxton. I have been interested in investing in real estate for quite some time but it was never the "right time." Well, the wait is over. It's time to grab the bull by the horns and live life on my terms. I'm so glad I found the BP community and can't wait to share my successes with you guys, and celebrate others successes as well.

Thanks for the warm welcome , guys. @Mehran Kamari I am ultimately interested in a buy and hold strategy to hopefully provide a nice passive income stream in my retirement years, which is still quite a ways away, but I am also interested in wholesaling to raise some cash for my buy and holds.
