These folks do handle your investments/retirement funds so to speak, and there is a lot of room for unethical behavior.On the flip side, those that come across rude or unfriendly may have the natural attitude needed to be a successful and respected PM.I would look for those who own what they manage and manage what they own.

Maybe I am being a bit melodramatic, but it is my opinion that attitudes "advocating to turn a blind eye" are not acceptable and not the type of business I want to interact with or be a part of in any way.
