Greetings BP Community,

I'm excited to be a new member and look forward to meeting fellow investors and professionals.

I have bought and sold a couple of personal properties, plus one flip in the past. I also spent three years as as a loan officer until the mortgage industry collapsed in 2007.

I recent years I have been in the residential and commercial remodeling business. 

The residential real estate market here in the Dallas area is HOT, so I have become very interested in exploring fix and flip opportunities, whereby I can add value with a quality remodel, and/or by building out additional floor space.

My primary purpose is to serve The Lord, and my family. I'm most interested in developing relationships with people of high integrity who share similiar core values.

My financial goals are to put my twin 14 year old boys through college and save for retirement.
